91ok's culture of responsible gaming
Entertainment should never become a burden — 91ok is committed to ensuring a safe, healthy, and responsible gaming environment at all times.
Why is responsible gaming important?
Online betting and casino gaming can be an enjoyable form of entertainment, but it also carries financial and mental health risks. 91ok believes it is essential for every player to stay aware of their limits and make responsible decisions about how they play.
Responsible gaming means treating play as entertainment, not as a source of income. Decide in advance how much time and money you will spend, and stick to those limits. Never chase losses by placing larger bets — that path can lead to serious problems.
91ok follows responsible gaming principles across all its services. We believe building a healthy gaming environment is our responsibility — which is why we provide every player with effective tools and support.
Important Warning
Gambling can cause financial harm and addiction. If you notice any of the following signs, contact our support team immediately:
- Feeling a repeated urge to keep playing in order to recover lost money
- Hiding the amount of money spent on gaming from yourself or your family
- Spending long hours gaming while neglecting other responsibilities in life
- Experiencing stress, anxiety, or depression because of gaming
- A tendency to gamble using savings or borrowed money
Age limit and identity verification
91ok is a legitimate entertainment platform for adults only.
21+ age requirement is mandatory
The minimum age to register and play at 91ok is 21. We follow a zero-tolerance policy on underage account creation. Any age fraud will result in the immediate closure of the account.
Identity verification process
91ok verifies government-issued identity documents at registration and for withdrawals above a certain amount. This process ensures player safety and prevents fraud.
Protecting minors
If there are children or teenagers in your home, keep parental controls enabled on your devices. Never share your 91ok account password with anyone. Keeping your account secure is your responsibility.
Tools to keep yourself protected
91ok provides players with several effective tools to stay in control of their gaming.
Setting deposit limits
You can set your own maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a waiting period, but lowering a limit takes effect immediately.
Time-out feature
If you feel you need a break, you can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. While a time-out is active, you will not be able to log into 91ok or carry out any transactions.
Self-exclusion
If you feel gaming is becoming a problem for you, you can opt for long-term self-exclusion. Once this option is activated, the account cannot be reactivated before the set period ends.
Reviewing activity history
You can log into your account at any time to review your transaction history, betting details, and time spent playing. Keeping track of your own spending is an important part of responsible gaming.
Gaming time alerts
91ok provides the option to receive alerts after playing for a set amount of time. These reminders help you avoid losing track of time and remind you to take a break.
Round-the-clock support
For any questions or concerns about responsible gaming, 91ok's 24/7 live chat support is always ready. Reach out in Bengali — we will listen and help.
Best practices for responsible gaming
Set a budget in advance
Decide how much money you will spend each session before you begin. Only play with money you can afford to lose. Never use money set aside for daily expenses on bets.
Stick to a time limit
Decide how long you will play before you start, and take a break when that time is up. Playing for hours on end reduces your mental judgement and leads to poor decisions.
Do not play on emotions
Avoid gaming when you are feeling down, angry, or stressed. Do not make gaming decisions when you are tired or under the influence. Clear-headed thinking leads to better decisions.
Winning is not guaranteed — keep that in mind
Wins and losses are both a normal part of casino and betting games. Instead of seeing a loss as a chance to win it back, treat it as the cost of entertainment.
Ask yourself
Ask yourself the following questions from time to time. If the answer to one or more of them is yes, reach out to us for support:
- Am I spending more than my allocated budget?
- Am I coming back repeatedly to recover lost money?
- Am I hiding my gaming from family and friends?
- Is work, family, or sleep being affected by my gaming?
- Do I feel restless or irritable when I am not playing?
- Am I playing with borrowed money or by dipping into my savings?
- Is gaming causing financial or relationship problems for me?
These questions are a self-assessment tool. If you feel concerned, please contact 91ok's live chat. Our support team will help you while maintaining full confidentiality.
